Patsy at breakfast was great, but the Wi-Fi was slow.

The room was new-fashioned, without a doubt, had coffee/tea making facilities, a fridge and an oven. The location was marvellous close to everything that we wanted to see.

The room was updated and clean with a seating area, a writing desk and ironing facilities.

Spacious room with a clean environment and friendly staff who handled a broken glass incident with kindness. The personalized welcome on the TV was a good touch. Breakfast was excellent, and amenities like the clean gym and pool added to the positive experience, although the sofa bed mattress was uncomfortable. This has become my preferred choice for stays in the area due to its consistent quality.

We spent time visiting the Emerald Princess II Casino and checking out the local shops. The hotel was cozy and had plenty of space to hang out. I highly recommend it for group vacations. Just make sure to double-check your reservation details.

The king studio was super spacious! It had a full kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop. Loved the tv and comfy seating area. The fitness center had good equipment, and the outdoor pool was clean with nice sun loungers. Breakfast offered fresh options like eggs and sausage. Great for families!

The King Studio with Sofa Bed provided ample space for our family, which we appreciated. The cozy design. I also enjoyed the outdoor firepit area. It was a great spot to relax and unwind after a long day. It was like home during our time there.

We had a lovely stay with a spacious room and a fantastic shower with great water pressure. The breakfast had tasty options but got dull after a few days.

We had a blast during our 2-night stay! The staff was super friendly, even when my daughter dropped a glass. The room was spacious and clean, just what we needed! It was personalized with my name on the TV, such a cool touch. Just wish the dining options were better.
